Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Starting on October 1st, 2023, Cancellation & No Show Policy have changed.
A credit card is required to hold all appointments. We require 24 hours’ notice if you must change or cancel your appointment.
50% of the service cost will be charged for any same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged in full.
***Please note for appointments on Friday and Saturday, same-day cancelations or no-shows will be charged in full as those are our busiest days.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Our treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the studio's scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please leave enough time to get to your appointment and anticipating traffic. We have plenty parking.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. If you book a service on the day of and you cancel or no show, you will be charged in full. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.
When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation including services intended to be paid with a gift card. Please have your credit card ready when booking. You will receive both a text and email when your appointment is booked. Please make sure to check your email and be aware of any emails coming from GLOSS GENIOUS. There is an automated email appointment reminder that will go out 48 hours before your scheduled appointment as well as an automated text reminder that will go out 24 hours before your appointment. Please confirm your appointment by clicking “confirm” in the body of the email. Email and text reminders are automated, it is indicated that neither can be replied to, therefore attempting to reply to either is not an acceptable form of cancelling. This is also indicated twice in the body of the email appointment reminder. Should you need to cancel or reschedule before the cancellation period- please call, text or use our texting service. Those are the only acceptable forms of communication for cancelling/rescheduling. You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show within 24 hours of your scheduled service. Upon checkout, guests may choose their method of payment.
It is the clients responsibility to read our policies, pre care, aftercare, contraindications and disclaimers. It is the clients responsibility to read all appointment reminders.
